| PCV valves would be the easiest to test/replace. Get your car warm, then run it with the oil fill cap off. See if there is excessive pressure in the engine (a little pressure is expected). If that appears to be OK, then you may be looking at turbo oil seals. Have you looked at your intake piping to see if there is a lot of oil residue? Valve seals and piston rings can also cause blue smoke, but it would more likely be at cold start up rather than full throttle.
